Kiddo Joy offers a unique toy rental service specializing in high-quality wooden toys and eco-friendly toys for children. Our mission is to reduce toy waste, save families money and space, and promote sustainable play. With convenient monthly rentals, personalized selections, and eco-conscious practices, we provide a hassle-free way for families to access age-appropriate toys that inspire creativity and development.

Our toys undergo a meticulous cleaning process to ensure they are safe and hygienic for your child:
The toys are thoroughly wiped down with toxin-free Pure Castille soap and water to remove germs and debris.
Disinfection with Clean Smart: Following the cleaning process, the toys are sprayed with Clean Smart, a safe and non-toxic disinfectant. Clean smart is proven to kill 99.9% of germs.

We understand that some toys may become cherished favorites for your child. If your little one has fallen in love with a toy from our carefully curated selection and you'd like to keep it, simply send us an email, and we'll make payment arrangements.
Not sure if a toy is destined to stay? No worries! At the time of exchange, you'll have the option to continue renting one or more of your current sets while exchanging the rest for new ones. We want to ensure that your child always has access to toys they love while also enjoying the excitement of new discoveries.

Our toys are built to last, but we understand they'll wear out over time and can sometimes get lost. If that happens, just let us know and return the toys, even if it's broken. We don't charge for regular wear and tear, but there's a replacement fee for damage caused by drawing, water, or misuse. For lost parts, there's a small replacement fee, usually between AED 10–40.

Pickup is free only on your scheduled return day. If the toys are not returned on time, a late fee of AED 10 per day will apply starting from the second day.
If you miss the return date and request a new pickup, a collection fee of AED 30 will be charged.







Absolutely! We offer special packages for events like birthday parties, playdates, or other celebrations. Contact us to discuss your requirements, and we'll tailor a package to suit your needs.

Please note that you must cancel your subscription at least 2 days before the automatic renewal date.

Subscription and Payments

The monthly subscription service starts at AED100 for 3 toys. Check out our membership page for details on how to sign up. The shipping fees for delivery and return are already included in the membership price, there will be no extra charge.

First, you can reach us through contact form to change your status to on hold. Explain your reason why you need to hold your account. We will pause your subscription manually from our end.

If you want to continue your subscription, users can follow these steps:

  • Go to your account page. Click on Manage Subscription and fill in your email to get a link to your subscription page. You'll get an email that contains a link to your subscription page.
  • Select your paused subscription. Then click Resume to continue your subscription.

Should you wish to cancel, we’ll be sorry to see you go.
To cancel the subscription, users can follow these steps:

  • Go to your account page. Click on Manage Subscription and fill in your email to get a link to your subscription page. You'll get an email that contains a link to your subscription page.
  • Select your active subscription. Then click Cancel to stop your subscription.
  • You can cancel your membership during the first period (1month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months). But sorry, we can't give refunds. If you don’t wish to renew your membership for another term, you must return all the toys as per your active subscription timeline and also should give us at least 2 days’ notice before current active subscription period ends to avoid automatic renewal in our system.

We offer free delivery in Dubai.

To reduce waste and promote sustainability, we've grouped our deliveries by area. We typically deliver to most areas 2-3 times per week. After signing up, expect your first delivery within 1-3 business days.
