Refund policy
At Kiddo Joy, we offer a toy rental subscription service rather than selling products. As each subscription is prepared and scheduled specifically for our members, our refund policy differs from that of a traditional retail store.
Refund Policy
All confirmed subscription orders are final and non-refundable.
If you are unable to receive your scheduled delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be happy to reschedule your delivery to the next available date.
Membership Freeze
We understand that plans can change. If you are travelling or need a short break, you may request to freeze your membership for up to one month.
Please contact us in advance so we can arrange your membership pause.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Toys
Every toy is carefully inspected, cleaned, and sanitized before delivery.
If you receive a damaged, incomplete, or incorrect toy, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing hellokiddojoy@gmail.com and including photos of the issue. We will review the matter and arrange a replacement or another suitable solution where appropriate.
Customer Responsibility
During the rental period, customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of all toys and their parts. Charges may apply for toys or pieces that are lost or damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
